Orders placed at weekend will be delivered Tuesday.
Orders over a Bank Holiday weekend will arrive Wednesday.
Please remember, ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. Delays can be up to 2 weeks from dispatch date.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, we can offer a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns to our customers. Any returns must be made at your own cost. If your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the procedure for returns of faulty items. Please also keep a copy of your receipt from the Post Office or courier as proof of return.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
